Liana M. Nobile
LIANA M. NOBILE graduated Summa Cum Laude from Monmouth University in 2009 and received her J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law in 2013. While attending law school, her law review article The Kids Are Not Alright: An Open Call for Reforming the Protections Afforded to Reality Television’s Child Participants was published by the University of California-Davis Journal of Juvenile Justice and Policy. After graduation, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Dennis R. O’Brien, Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County. After completing her clerkship, Ms. Nobile worked at a plaintiff’s firm in Red Bank, New Jersey before joining our firm in 2016. She currently handles general litigation claims, including automobile negligence, premises liability, and assists in construction defect matters. Ms. Nobile is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York and is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She has presented on the topics of motions in limine and the importance of understanding social media for the modern litigator at the annual meeting of the New Jersey Association for Justice and at the mid-year meeting of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
